Property Owner eAuthorization

I declare that I am an owner/co-owner of the property stated above and hereby appoint the person named in Section C as the official representative of the property for Connaught 1RA membership purposes.

1. The representative may apply for and hold Ordinary Membership, receive Association communications, attend meetings and exercise membership and voting rights, subject to the registered Constitution and approved rules of Connaught 1RA.
2. I understand that only one official household representative may be recognised for this property at any one time under the Association's approved membership procedures.
3. This authorisation remains valid until I withdraw or replace it in writing, the property is sold or transferred, or the representative ceases to have my authority.
4. I authorise Connaught 1RA to contact me to verify this appointment and to retain this form as part of its membership records.
